Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) before shipping.

Domestic Shipping (Bali & Indonesia)

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days after processing

  • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days after processing

International Shipping

  • Delivery typically takes 5-10 business days after processing.

  • Shipping costs vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

  • Customers are responsible for all customs fees, taxes, and import duties.

  • Delays may occur due to customs processing or carrier delays.

  • US Customers: Most orders (even above $100) clear customs without extra duties or taxes.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
