Do you offer same-day delivery in Bali?
Yes! For orders placed within Bali (Canggu, Seminyak, Ubud, Uluwatu), we offer same-day delivery via GoSend or Grab Express. Orders are usually processed within 1-2 hours from our Kerobokan Warehouse during business hours. (Closed on Sundays)
How much does shipping cost?
We are thrilled to offer 100% Free Same-Day Delivery for all orders within Bali (Canggu, Seminyak, Ubud, Uluwatu, etc.) sent directly from our Dalung HQ.
For orders shipping to Jakarta, Surabaya, and the rest of Indonesia, we apply a minimal, flat-rate courier fee calculated at checkout based on your exact location. Because we ship domestically, you will never pay international shipping rates or hidden import duties!
How fast is shipping to Jakarta, Surabaya, or other islands?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Are there any import taxes or hidden customs fees?
Absolutely not. Because your order is shipped domestically from our Bali warehouse, you will never pay international import duties or deal with customs delays.
